Movie Kick
I watched five movies last week. I feel like that’s almost a personal high. All of them were quite good, in completely different ways
- Sweeney Todd – Gore, singing, Johnny Depp. There’s little that could make this go wrong.
- Network – Older movie about the media industry, interesting issues.
- The Iron Giant – Cute animated tale.
- Miss Potter - A lovely mix of Finding Neverland and Pride & Prejudice, about the author of Peter the Rabbit.
- Death at a Funeral – English humour at its best.
Plus Battlestar Galactica, which is amazing as always. And Grey’s Anatomy which started up again last week. A bit disappointing but still entertaining.
All in all, a lot of tv/movie watching in one week for me. But enjoyable.
Heyyy – do you happen to own Finding Neverland? You were recommending it earlier, and why bother renting if I can borrow it from you?
