Travcice

I’m currently spending a few days relaxing and getting organized in Trávčice. Though I had hoped to eat less, I should have known better. It seems as though here we eat 2 or 3 large meals a day, rather than just one – plus sweets with afternoon tea. Yesterday Teta Zdenka came over and spent the day with us chatting and looking around this small town. She came in her old car of a style typically found during the communist occupation, and we could hear it from a mile away. Such a fun car to take photos of.

That’s an old school Trabant! I love Trabbis. I want to get over to Eastern Europe before they all disappear and drive one for myself :P.
