You may recall my excitement when I bought Salt & Pepper shakers in Nice. Sadly, these cute hugging things (ghosts?) were one of only two casualties during my move. He’s been glued back together, but forever will have the scar and memories of a tragic day.
The other casualty was a one seater couch, which flew gracefully off the back of a truck and landed square in the middle of SunValley Blvd. Fortunately, it didn’t crash into anyone’s front windshield, as was my initial image of horror. Phew! It is now happily in my living room, back in working order after receiving some parental tender loving care, awaiting its appointment as official ‘knitting/crocheting’ couch.
