These are my new addiction.  I made some on Tuesday and was going to take a photo, but then ate them too quickly and forgot. So instead, I am linking to a simple recipe for these delicious delicious and mostly healthy chips.  Yum!


triathlon!

I successfully completed my first sprint triathlon last Sunday! Swim 525m: 18:16 min Bike 17.5km: 44:25 min Run 5km: 30:21 min The swim time includes the transition time of changing from swim clothing to bike clothing. Total: 1:33:01 Placed Overall: 94 / 191 Women’s: 42 / 114 Woohoo!  Next goal?  Yet to be determined…

I ran the 5km in 29 minutes. Woot! (not with the sunglasses on though, that would’ve been awkward…)
