mac & cheese
Is it possible to have too many hobbies?
I’m starting to think so. Between the cost of maintaining the equipment/supplies for multiple hobbies, plus the time required to pursue them… and now I’m starting to feel as though I’m only ‘good’ at multiple things. Which one is my passion? What can I say I ‘excel’ at?
Well, I definitely can’t say I ‘excel’ at cooking, but I’m pushing myself forward in project teach-self-to-cook anyways. Today’s recipe of choice was another Cook with Jamie suggestion, Macaroni Cheese. A little too cheesy and heavy for what I was anticipating, the dish was good but not excellent. Perhaps I just didn’t have enough KD growing up to fully appreciate mac & cheese. Hopefully I will come to love it by the time I finish the leftovers.
