Filed in life, June 3, 2009, 2:15 pmDuring a wedding at the Zoo we managed to sneak over to the African Savannah and admire the animals found there. Very fun feeling like a little kid and standing in awe at these unique creatures. I think a solid trip to the Zoo is in order sometime this summer!
PLEX Reflections

Shining Green
Filed in life, March 15, 2009, 10:47 pmThis week the Calgary Tower is shining green, not for St. Patrick’s Day but rather for a more environmental reason. It is in support of Project Porchlight, and a visible sign of a transition the tower is making towards compact florescent bulbs. This is the view from my living room, and I love it.
Backyard Snow
